House is consisted of a central salon and sleeping wings. It has to do with traditional organization of living in Dalmatia known from a popular sententiae: “Quattro stanze, un salon, es la casa d’un schiavon.” Double orientation to the garden requires no terrace. In fact, since sliding doors are opened (hidden) and grills lifted (they are covering part of the garden), living/central salon is already a terrace itself.
